Sparks is an independent third-party app, not affiliated with Renault, Dacia or Alpine. It is not published, approved or sponsored by Renault SAS, Dacia, Alpine or any company in their group.

4 Intellectual property and trademarks
The text, logo, illustrations and screenshots on this site, as well as the Sparks name, the code and the app, belong to the publisher. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, requires the publisher’s prior written permission: write to support@sparksapp.fr. The only exception: the assets on the Press page may be used without permission to talk about Sparks, under the conditions it sets out.
Renault, Dacia, Alpine, My Renault, My Dacia, My Alpine, OpenR Link and the model names mentioned are trademarks of their owners. They are named only to show which cars are compatible. Aximote and Kelec, named in the comparisons, are trademarks of their publishers; Sparks isn’t affiliated with either. Apple, iPhone, Apple Watch, App Store and TestFlight are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Android, Wear OS, Google Play, Pixel and Pixel Watch are trademarks of Google LLC.
The site’s fonts, Unbounded, Geist and JetBrains Mono, are used under the SIL Open Font License.
The device frames (iPhone, Apple Watch, Pixel, Pixel Watch) come from presentation resources provided by Apple and by designers from the Figma community, used in accordance with their terms.
5 Liability
Sparks shows data provided by the manufacturer’s connected services. Its accuracy, how up to date it is and the availability of remote commands depend on these services and on the vehicle model.
The consumption, range and power figures shown may be estimates. They are marked as such in the app. They do not replace the vehicle’s own information.
The publisher cannot be held liable for an interruption of the manufacturer’s services, a command refused by the manufacturer, or a decision made on the basis of an estimate.
6 Personal data and cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Its fonts are served by the site itself. Web server logs (IP address, date, page requested) are kept by the host for security, for 12 months at most.
What the Sparks apps do with your data is set out in the privacy policy.
7 Published information
Fleet figures are monthly totals covering at least five cars. They describe the cars that use Sparks, not all electric and hybrid cars.
Sparks relies on Renault’s services, which the publisher doesn’t control: their availability and the data they send can’t be guaranteed.
8 Links to other sites
This site links to third-party sites (App Store, Google Play, Renault, GitHub…). The publisher isn’t responsible for their content.
9 Governing law
This notice is governed by French law. For any question, write to support@sparksapp.fr first: we’ll look for a solution together.
