Should I keep the My Dacia app?
Yes, keep it. It links your car to your account, and it handles servicing, contracts and the Charge Pass.
Does Sparks work with the Spring?
Yes, if it’s electric or hybrid, linked to your My Dacia account and its connected services are active. Features depend on what the car sends.
What if my connected services expire?
Sparks reads your car through the same connected services as My Dacia. Dacia’s terms include them depending on the model; when they expire, they have to be taken out again. Without them, Sparks gets nothing either.
Where does my data go with Sparks?
To a server in France, to track your trips and send your notifications. No ads, no tracking, and everything can be deleted from the app. The details are in the privacy policy.
Is Sparks a Dacia app?
No. Sparks is an independent third-party app, not affiliated with Dacia or Renault.
